Are you taking any medications? Sometimes certain medications have depression side effects...

Sometimes there are hints in your life that you are not quite happy with and slowly make you depressed..

And other times some people are just simply depressed...

Maybe you just need a bf/gf? Or even just a friend?

Try to figure out which one it is... .. Find out what's making you sad.. Maybe you miss someone? .. Maybe try writing stuff down about things you are not happy with and such.. Or even talking it out with someone..

If you are taking medication and one if the side effects is depression.. Talk to your doctor perhaps there something else you can take or simply reducing the portions you are taking and such..

Also... Sometimes people just need to cry to feel better...
Kind of like when you have a tummy ache and after you puke you feel better...

I like drinking beer but when I drink become very quiet n just don't like to talk. I just like to sit drink and look around for girls. I don't like to talk that's the reason I go by myself for drinks at the pub. i become quiet n look at the girls n after sometime i start to feel like why can't i be like them? laughing n giggling? n why can't i get those girls. i start to feel frustrated n angry. n that anger n frustration is still in my head when i go to bed. because of this i see bad dreams n often nightmares n when i wake up i m very sad, lonely.

Find activities to do.. Find something that you really like and try to excell in that particular thing... Perhaps join a sport, a club.. Something!! Be part of a group,,.. That's how you meet other people... Not drinking alone.. Plus be careful with that, as it can become an addiction that cannot be cured... Try church even.. Or maybe a new line of work? Or work 2 jobs? Most people meet their spouse at work...

But don't think so much about it, cause that's what makes people sad.. Dwelling in things instead of getting up and doing something to change what they don't like... Don't be sad about things that you're satisfied with in life, instead try different steps to try and change these things... Challenge yourself to change for a happier you!! :]]]!!!
