Depending on how you build muscle and your fat distribution, you may or may not be able to get somewhere close to that. But here's how you gain mass.
- Workout your lower half. Most workouts using quads or hammies will use your glutes too. Also do glutes specific exercises.
- High weight low rep. Think of it like runners. Sprinters use a fuck ton of power fast over short distances and are thick. Distance runners distribute that power over a long distance and are very lean. Same idea
- Eat protein dense and healthy fat foods but do not neglect your carbs. Also if you're good at it, slowly increase your calories by 500 after working out.
- Do not work your glutes everyday, it's asking for an injury and they need some time to recover. 2-3 times a week with some for of stretching daily

I've been working out for nearly a year (which is not that long) and I can see good results - first of all, your butt will grow a bit (muscles), then firm up a lot more and lose a bit of fat (it will shrink a bit, but don't worry - it can be only firm if it's muscle, if it's mostly fat = higher risk of cellulite!), and then as you progress with weightlifting (heavier weights, incorporate different exercises) - your glutes will grow!
Just remember very important thing - the diet is even more important than your workout - I can't stress that enough. You can't grow a booty while not providing good quality calories into your body.

Like shown in the picture no you can't, if you're not gentically set up like that. You can make your butt firmer with exercise, maybe even add a bit volume but expect miracles. You won't look like Kim Kardashian or that girl

Most girls on Instagram with ridiculous looking asses, have great genetics, they store more fat, in their ass and legs before other places
Deep squats and going on the StairMaster in your local gym will probably help your ass grow

You have to do squats and lunges. First do them without weights until you know how to do the movement correct (to protect your knees). Then start taking a weight in your hands or your neck and increase when it starts going easy.
You may, but it really depends on your body figure, bone structure, weight and how much you're willing to work out as well.

Exercises do help lift your butt but they don't exactly give you a "big" butt. Either implants or eating Twinkies and hoping they land on your ass before working it can help.

Genetics are a huge part of it. You can definitely get your butt to grow its a matter of how big and how quickly.
That woman in the bottom picture is a example of a perfect figure complete with a perfect ass. Exercises work the muscle in your rear end tend to help enlarge the ass at least somewhat.
