Oh, to get laid? Sure, no problem- if my girl weighed in at 65kgs (heavier than me, for the record, making such a scenario less likely, but not by a wide margin), I'd still feel confident enough about carrying her to the bed. If she were under 50kgs though, I'd be confident enough to consider doing somewhat more adventurous things with her, while still holding her in my arms... :)

It'd depend on a number of other factors, like height and build. As for me, I fight in the Bantamweight MMA weight class, weighing in at under 61kg- I've weighed in for fights at less than 55kg in the past. If a girl's under 5'3", then her ideal body weight would be below 50kg.

I think most guys could manage it. If you are asleep or something it could be hard to do what most people would consider like a romantic carry, dead weight is hard to carry. Definitely could do it with a fire mans carry, or with a conscious who is actively making the process easier.
