I was wondering if having sex with my wife was a good enough excuse to skip the gym :)

I have no idea. But you can go to the gym and/or have sex with her in the same day. I've got a great idea for the both of you. Go to the gym, work up a sweat, come home and take a shower together and then have sex and make it a romantic day/night for the both of you.
