Trending & News What's your diet like? Give some critical thought about that. Do you drink the right amount of water for your average activity level? Do you exercise? Are you in shape? Are you stressed out? Do you get too much sleep? These are all things that relate to fatigue. Most people don't understand your body needs a lot of things to go right for it to be in good working condition.
Like a car. You can put as much coolant in your car as you want, but if your burning into the red for long periods of time, it's going to overheat eventually.
It could also be due to illness. Try to correct these things, and if there's no change, contact a doctor.
I'm just like you.. tired all the time it helps me when I take a warm bath or I sit in a comfy couch.
Join the club, girlfriend.
No, but really... do you eat healthy? Do you exercise? Is your job or are things in your life stressful? Are you exhibiting any other symptoms that might show there is a health concern (not trying to scare you)?
There are plenty of factors that can come into play and make you feel the way you're feeling.
I do try and eat healthy also I don't even eat a lot as I get full fast but still struggling to lose weight. I have been meaning to go get my thryroid checked out but haven't gotten that far. I went to bed @ 10 last night and 7 this morning I was awake to get dressed for work. it is already 14:20 and I feel like I am burned out.
It could be a weight issue, too, for sure. Being heavier can add stress on your body, which tires you out more easily. Getting your thyroid sounds like a good idea as well. Definitely take the time to go get that done. Your health is important!
I am not even that heavy. I actually lost a lot of weight recently since starting to eat healthier. but something doesn't feel right or it could also be from stress at work.
Ohhh, gotcha. Well, congratulations on the weight loss! :) However, that statement right there, "Something doesn't feel right," is sign enough to get to the doctor's. Stress also will cause you to feel this way. Heck, stress from my former job caused me to feel lightheaded, dizzy, faint, get migraines, etc... Don't wanna mess around with those things.
Thanks for MHO! Good luck to you!
you are lacking of vitamin B, try to buy that in nearest pharmacy
and also try to implement healthy lifestyle - jog or exercise, it will help smoothen your blood circulation, and make you energize

Try and cut down on sugar and aim for a more alkaline diet. Also, you need to visit your doctor to get some tests done as there may be an underlying issue.
