Why would somebody want to spend all of their time outside of work alone on the couch?

De-stress. I'm a girl that values time on my own especially after a day at work. Doesn't even have to be a hard day. I appreciate this having a mom that would scream the minute we would walk into the door. She would start about the kitchen being dirty and the trash and this or that. I have not only lived to enjoy my peace but also, respect it when any of my dates or boyfriends need it. Either something had to have been planned in advance to get me off or someone has to have pretty good plans that involve as little as breathing to get me off it.

It will take time for them to get back into doing things that are more active even if it is as simple as going out for a short walk

I feel so much more comfortable being at home on the sofa than being outside. And mostly, i'm lazy.
