Weight for a guy?

Is 5'8 139-140 pounds small for a guy. This guy was once 200 pounds but he lost weight.

You are weak, I think your height is 1.74 CM and your weight 63 KG right? ( I don't know about USA measurements so.. ) just be at least 70 KG and start lifting weights, get in a shape.

Whats your body type tho? Ectomorph, Meshomorph, Endomorph?

Aight so you can gain weight more easily compared to Meshomorphs and Ectomorphs, my advice is gain weight, at least be like 70 KG and hit to gym.

You should eat foods mostly which considering carbohydrate, don't eat fastfood and don't get carbohydrates in every repast. Just get it like 2 times in a day or maybe even 1, because you are endomorph so your body can gain too much fats in a short time. You have muscular built aswell but fat is more.

Normally its not allowed for you to eat that much carbohydrate, but since you need to gain weight just eat as you can. Once you reach 70 KG you must be careful with it. Keep in mind to do not eat anything after 20.00 PM, and so some push-ups, squat exercises with your nutrition program just to burn extra fats you get.

It's healthy, you're probably not very muscular but not terribly skinny either. I wouldn't put on more than extra 10 pounds if I were you.

I actually have a friend that's that size. He's thin, but he looks good in my opinion.

I'm 5'8, 170 lbs and I feel too skinny lol everyone says I'm getting too small, I feel better when I'm in the 180s

Im 5'7 and i weigh 160, seems pretty skinny to be at 140 at that height
