Guys, Your results of exercising with whey protein?

I am doing calisthenics and lifting at the same time for 2months or so. Everyone is asking me what the hell did I do that I became muscular but I can just feel that I am stronger and can't see it. (187cm, 77kg)

I started using aminowhey protein 2 weeks ago , I would like to know how much and how did they help you. Can i expect a nice shape withinn the next 6months?

Maybe it is a stupid question but I haven't found anything about the proteins and their effect. PLEASE WRITE down your experience. Thanks :D
