How to cure athlete's foot?

I've had athlete's foot for many years and I'm way behind on getting it treated. My feet are scaly and gross. I wash my feet and use a salt and oil scrub. Is there anything else I can do to make them healthy again or are they too far gone?

Well it takes a lot of work to get them back on track again. I was skimming gta rough google which I recommend you do and I got some answers like baking soda in your shoes, breathable footwear and keeping your feet dry. There was mention of a hydrogen peroxide bath but also stated it might be unpleasant if the skin is cracked. Also there is mention of cornstarch or an antifungal powder to be administered when you decide to wear shoes and socks.

You can try soaking your feet in peroxide.

I had a cut inside my mouth somehow a while back and that helped. Should I mix it in with water and how much if I do? Thanks.

All peroxide with no water. Just enough to come up to your toes should do it. Thats how I got rid of mine when I caught it walking in the grass with no shoes on. Once you finish soaking your feet then, let it dry and put some vasaline on your feet.

How long should I soak them for? Ten minutes?

10 minutes is a good enough time. Then once you done just wash them and lotion or put vaseline on them.
