What is a good/average weight/clothes size and measurements for a 30-something yr old 5ft11 woman?

You first need to understand that everybody body is different and you put on muscle and fat differently than someone who may be the same height and size as you. I say if you're healthy and you're active then don't stress about it. People who lost weight say they realize they can't compare themselves to other people's progress because their body is designed different. Eat healthy run cut down on sugar.

It honestly depends on how it looks on you. One thing is your fairly tall for a woman, so naturally your weight will be higher than a girl who is 5'5. I've seen women who weigh around 160 and it looked great on them. They didn't look "fat" or unshapely at all.

size i would say anywhere between 10-14, and i like some nice curves on a lady

5'11" is tall for a woman. Weight would be about 160-170 waist size 8-10

It's on the small side but still healthy. You could gain a bit and be safe though
