Neither BMI nor weight is any reliable since there are many factors that those numbers do not grasp. It really depends on your body-type. They only give a general idea in which direction to go, but aren't supposed to be absolutes.
Also note that women have a way higher body fat percentage than men (because you store fat in boobs, hips and thighs).

Have to convert to lbs. 5'0"=100lbs. Add 5 lbs to 100 for every inch over 5 ft. Add 10lbs total for a large frame. Subtract 10 lbs for a small frame. Ex: 5'7" with medium frame should weigh 135lbs.
I'm 5'5 (162 cm) but 182 pounds (82.5 kg) I am considered chubby or slightly overweight, but some people carry it differantly. I like my body. trust me, I feel big in a bikini, but the boys like my butt and belly, because of how I carry it. think higher of yourself and you will come to like your weight.
you guys should start to enjoy food and care less about other people and magazines.
I recommend belly dance if you want your belly tight and toned

you're perfect. in America thats 116.6 lbs and at 105 lbs i start to worry about their health. no worries.
I'm 21 and 58. i feel same. 😷 i have health issues and can't imagine being on diet. so only yoga and exercise is my last hope.
