What's your favorite post workout snacks/meals?

Just curious. I'm going back to the gym now so I shed 20lbs. by January, but I'm struggling a bit with the meal part. So just looking to see what you guys have. I usually have celery sticks and a small container of peanut butter for a snack and then grilled chicken or tuna over a salad for the meal.


I know guys are different though because they naturally have more muscle and probably eat either more than me or differently. So just wondering what you guys do.
