i know the science behind it but would like to get feedback from people who tried it.

Trending & News Are in a hurry?
I have been working out for the last 7 years and i never took anything of that, i do understand the pursuer specially when you are at the gym and look at others.
I never used it, never recommend it, not even energy drinks, bars or protein shakes, i never used a thing. All i do is eat, and eat, and eat, and eat, it's not like am gonna get fat when am eating the right foods. Find your protein favorite foods, and start cooking. You want the best results, workout and eat good, and give it time, being in hurry never paid off in this matter.
I used to use it, and i stopped just out of convenience (since I didn't want to carry a thing of creatine everywhere I traveled) and i haven't noticed a difference. My strength is still improving, my volume has if anything gone up. basically it didn't do anything for me
Creatine is bs. The human body has no dietary requirement for it, it's unnecessary and comes with many risks, especially since supplements aren't regulated by the FDA. They often contain lead, they put strain on your kidneys, and can raise your risk for certain cancers. It's just not worth it. I'm sure you look fine as is.
You do understand that meats have creatine in it and it's important for water to be diffused into your muscles because muscles require water to grow?
I call bs on your logic
@Stevan7 lmao I don't feel the need for any supplements, but I've read plenty of studies on them, have written papers on supplements, and have friends who've been on them. One of them was told by his doctor because his kidneys were being strained by the extra creatine due to taking supplements and he had to get off them immediately. I'm just relaying the information, you don't have to like it, but at least be informed. They aren't necessary and they come with risks, these are facts. I'm just asking you guys to be mindful and aware of what you're putting into your bodies.
K, but you do realize that the human body can do all of that on its own without the help of supplements? I'm just saying that it's unnecessary. The human body makes its own creatine in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas, and does not need it from outside sources. Too much creatine will only cause damage, but whatever, it's your body. Just thought you would actually care about your health instead of just caring about how your precious muscles look.
It's because your friend didn't drink enough water to clear his kidneys.
It's not the supplement it's knowing the physiology behind it.
I don't wanna sound like an asshole but I didn't ask you to give me a lecture on supps. I'm a med student. All I wanted to know is the results and if it works and if it does how much.
Funny, I'm a nutritional science student. I don't want to lecture you, I just don't think the results you'd get from it are worth the possible risks. I've seen people taking it and I don't find there's a big difference in appearance or muscle growth. Not significant enough to really notice anyway, so I don't see a point.
There, I'm done lol.

What is your question really? You want mors size but not concerned with muscle mass just size in any way possible?
In that case you eat tons of calories and tAke creatine. Yea you'll weight 2-5 pounds more from creatine. And look fuller. Shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks
I was on it for 2 months. I'm not sure if it was water or my muscles actually growing, but I did get bigger. Then there was the good effects of more stamina and recovering speed. I also found that it helped me reach new strength goals and I honestly think you can't get much stronger without adding extra mass, when bodybuilding.
It's minimal.. why not just go up to the big leagues if you knaimsayin
Nah trying to be legal lol
I've never used that.
Lol thanks
np yw
