Hello everyone đź‘‹
So I’m a 5ft 26yo female have lost 60lbs so far. I should weigh around 116-120.
However I also want to make some muscle. I suffer from PCOS as well but don’t take any meds for it. So basically I have 40pounds more to go. Can someone like me take “creatine supplements”?

If you are working out seriously , creatine can be of some benefit for sure , use only as directed , and make sure the work out matches your usage , the onle thing I would advise against however is TRT , I've seen multiple men and women of all ages start with Creatine , and then next thing I know they are mainlining TRT , this is not safe , so just keep that in the back of your mind.
I got the one above. It says 4 tablets per day.
But I only take 2, because I do moderate activity. And I’m short as hell. 5ft.
What do you think?
Is this the same as the powder version?
Oh and IT IS in fact, monohydrate because on the back is says so
Its exactly the same as taking the powder..
Increase what you are doing , it can be just Cardio , just separate the sessions , the powder absorbed slightly more quickly , but same same , will not matter. 2 Tabs is fine , be patient with yourself , try and use the energy.
