Should I be lifting?

I am 13 years old and I started gymming maybe 3 weeks ago. I've always tried been fit, I'm trying to be a healthy vegan and I used to run every single day before I got my gym card. I gym 3-5 times a week + some group passes. I got my period when I was 11 and I haven't been growing for the whole year. I am about 157 cm, my nurse told me I wouldn't get much taller so I was wondering if I should be lifting? I weigh about 50 kg which is about average I think. I don't want to injure myself so please give me advice! :) I can add that I am already bench pressing and stuff like that with maybe 100 ibs and I use small weights, dumbells to squat weights when I crunch.
Should I be lifting?
