It depends on the exercise.
I weight about 51kg.
I've recently been able to squat 70kg, for 5 and then 12 reps.
50kg was my one rep max a while ago, but I only did it once or twice on the bench press and I have done 45kg for a few reps, but haven't bench pressed altogether for around a month.
I have deadlifted 50kg before, but I don't know if I've gone heavier than that and I haven't done it in a while and didn't really do it that often when I did.
I try not to go too heavy all the time, as I've got a bit of a problem with my posture and think I need to fix that before I go heavy, at least on certain exercises.
1) I mostly focussed on supersets with heavier weights.
2) I can't go heavy RN if I wanted to because of my posture and I try to balance everything out and do a lot of flexibility work, so strength isn't that imporant to me RN.
3) I avoid a lot of common exercises that others do e. g. leg extentions, upright row, etc.
4) Form is the most important thing, but I guess you wouldn't know that, as you're probably an ego lifter and acts like a dick in the gym.
I can lift the whole planet earth, try it because it is so easy to lift the planet earth.

Myself
squat 225 for 8 to 10 max not sure but maybe 275 now
deadlift 185 for reps max about 225. My grip fails
bench its weak for considering how much I go to the gym. about 115 for low reps max 135 on a good day.
My boyfriend
Bench 285 to 305 depending on his 3 month goal
but lower body is weak
his deadlift he almost never does but I seen him do 225
his squat also rarely does and struggles with 135 past 8 reps
I am not really that strong I was proud of my self because i could lift up one of my guy friends up he is 218 pounds and i couldn't walk around all i could do was lift him but i did it and i was super pround because he is over twice my body weight and i was really happy about it lol

I carry myself around all day.
The question did not specify the type of lift. I am assuming a 'max' number here.
I am going to go back to 1985 when I was in weight training. My max bench press was 200lbs. For some reason - I just couldn't get past 200 - maybe a mental 'number thing'.
As for deadlift - that was 360lbs max.
I could curl 45 lb dumbells in sets but I can't remember the reps I would do.
Clean and jerk was...140 or 150 lbs I believe...
I was a lightweight (no pun intended) when compared to the football players in my HS weightlifting class! LOL!
I don't know I only really work with my own weight and dumbbells. I mostly focus on enhancing muscle rather than aiming for higher strength. Building muscle in areas that help me defend myself, usually with 25- 30 pound weights for the strongest areas, and 15 to 20 pound weights for the weaker areas.
I have Alers Danlose so I have a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to muscle growth, so I work to increase cellular fusion rather than expansion.
250 is my max
I'm 5'9
142 lbs
and I have a very high metabolism which is hard for me to gain weight but it's also nearly impossible for me to get swoll lol no matter how hard I work at it
(I have done marine pt and workout daily all arm exercises so now I'm just sticking with cardio gives me a better figure)
are we going traditional powerlifting? Bench 435 squat 675 deadlift 710 that was at 5'10" 260lbs last winter hoping to beat it this upcoming bulk
Damn that's a lotttt lol
How long have you been juicing?
@SuccessfulHornDog Never have, I just have really good genetics. Before I even started lifting i had 29 inch legs and 18 inch arms. Just a naturally big dude.
Thats pretty good
squat - 90 kg for 7
deadlift - 120 kg for 5
bench - 47 kg for 3
I have no clue what that is in pounds lol
@Decentguy yeah
I'm assuming you mean bench press since that is most common comparison in weight lifting. Also a more interesting question would be: what % of your body weight can you bench press. A 300lb guy bench pressing 150lbs is completely different than a 150lbs guy bench pressing 150lbs.
Depends on the workout, no? So name a workout and I'll say how much I can lift in the specific workout/exercise or whatever
Like the one in the pic
Oh okay. That's a lot. How about when you just lift like usual with just your arms?
Geez lol. Don't need to make it that complicated. Forget about it
Okay that's great
Out of all the guys I've known in my life (in person) none of them could lift nearly as much as they claimed. They all greatly exaggerated what they could do until I brought them over to use my weight bench. I had a good laugh every time.
In what exercise? That's pretty important to clarify. I can squat 152,5 kg, bench press 112,5 kg, deadlift 160 kg and overhead press 62,5 kg
wdym bench press 112.5 👀
Well actually it would probably be 117,5 since I haven't tried to hit a new personal record in a while :p
if it wouldn't hurt you..
It does hurt a bit actually 😅
you are already great, don't then!
don't want you have some kind of muscle tear tho 😂
I think you're forgetting that the only reason I'm training is to become one of the strongest in sweden, not to look good. There is no way I'm stopping before I break some records
I am not forgetting that, but I am also remembering I need a guy who won't be a cripple 😂
furiousrat the boneless
😂😂😂
I can deadlift 220, squat 240, leg press 400 pounds
That's stupid.
What do you mean "lift"?
Deadlift?
Bench?
Snatch?
Overhead press?
Biceps curl?
What does "lift" mean?
Was thinking the same thing.
No idea! I'm not super strong though! Probably at least 50 Ibs...
Somewhere between 200 and 250. It's somewhere in there for every type of lifting.
I have trouble lifting 2 kg so XD
I have very weak muscles.
I mean, if we are talking about any exercise here. I can potentially lift 150kg.
Much... Lol
I don't know I never tried to go to the max... But I can go for 100 kg I don't think I can cross that line unless I keep in training
I can lift a good amount of weight I feel...
260 pound bench press
I don't deadlift often but I know I can do over 225
Various other weight lifting exercises I never do below 120 pounds lol
With my arms maybe like 30kg if I try?
With my legs about 70kg, though I usually do 60 in the leg press
lift how? bench press 145kg 1rep, squatting 100kgs 4reps (leg injury..), pull ups my own 90kgs plus 20kgs (4*8 reps), sit ups +60kg 4*8 reps...
Depends on how I lift it, but I could at one point lift 300+ lbs. Not sure if I can still do it anymore.
That was both the traditional bench press as well as squat press.
lol it depends on whether ur going for strength or hypertrophy reps but i can 105 kg bench press, 140 kg squat, 165 kg deadlift, 300 kg leg press
Depends on the lift. When I was in shape I could deadlift somewhere north of 400lbs.
I'm maxing at 230lb rn. not bad for a skinny 6'0" 16yr tho
I can't even open my orange juice. I have no arm strength. 😂
why should i lift that much? Before used to lift as much as possible and since i stoped i improved a lot lmao. Lifting less weight= more aesthetic looking :)
Bench 315 lbs, but a clean dead lift for me is only about 255 lbs
About 150. But it also depends on what I'm lifting. Liftimg a person is different from lifting dead weight.
I can lift and carry about my body weight around saying I get a good grip.
I don't lift. It's too basic and can injure your joints
I'm 5'5 and weigh 157 pounds. Athletic musculature. It depends on what you mean by lift.
Deadlift: 190 pounds
Bicep curl: 50 pounds - 65 pounds
Bench press: 175 pounds
Squat: 225 pounds
Deadlift: 500 kilograms
When I did weightlifting I could do 155 that's about 10 more than me lol
I dont know. What's the weight to volume ratio of this mush? Is it in a bucket? Or barrel?
I can lift 15kg easily but 23kg is a struggle.
My peak was 300+ bench
200 military over head
100 curl
Forget about the weight, it is all about making the muscles work to failure and pass that pain barrier and keep pushing to the absolute limit.
50 and a Bit More. xxoo
Depends on what you mean by lift...
I'm 5 9
175lbs
1rep maxes are:
Bench:265
Squat:405
Deadlift:405
5 kgs.. Oh, yeahhhhhh. lol
back when i was younger it was 300+
now its like yeahhhhh
lets not talk about it lol
I can lift all the weights
I can lift a pencil. :)
I can lift a knife and a fork.. does that count?
No idea, but I'm 6'7, so probably not that much.
no girl can lift 300 pounds stop lying.
they aren't lifting 300 pounds.
Of course they do. That's the point. You just have to look up the records. The trick is to use technique and momentum for weightlifting, and a lot of steroids for powerlifting. Also, depends on the lift. Seriously, Stefi Cohen has a 530 lbs deadlift. Then again, she's juiced to the gill, and looks like a man.
I can lift my own weight.
I'm just a little fellow. So like 50lbs.
More than you.
Much, much more.
Lol who cares😂. And how much is that?
That's a lot, that's good!
Hit a 190kg deadlift this week.
Dope shit bro
@furiousrat
Thanks, it's my favorite lift. I suck at the bench press though you have me beat there, I'm stuck at 90kg. I think because I have long arms.
Daamn that's pretty crazy, you deadlift more than twice what you bench. Yeah if you have long arms that's probably the reason, it let's you get in a much better position at the start of the deadlift
More than most GAGers
My goat. Who is 160 pounds.
Jaysus... I'm a vegetable.
I assume bench press. It's not my highest score.
Not much about a kilo
Good question
10kg tops
can't lift that much im pretty weak haha
50 lbs.
4. Maybe 5
