why should i lift that much? Before used to lift as much as possible and since i stoped i improved a lot lmao. Lifting less weight= more aesthetic looking :)

Depends on how I lift it, but I could at one point lift 300+ lbs. Not sure if I can still do it anymore.
That was both the traditional bench press as well as squat press.
lol it depends on whether ur going for strength or hypertrophy reps but i can 105 kg bench press, 140 kg squat, 165 kg deadlift, 300 kg leg press
Depends on the lift. When I was in shape I could deadlift somewhere north of 400lbs.

Bench 315 lbs, but a clean dead lift for me is only about 255 lbs
About 150. But it also depends on what I'm lifting. Liftimg a person is different from lifting dead weight.
I can lift and carry about my body weight around saying I get a good grip.

Bench press: 175 pounds
Squat: 225 pounds
Deadlift: 500 kilograms
When I did weightlifting I could do 155 that's about 10 more than me lol
I dont know. What's the weight to volume ratio of this mush? Is it in a bucket? Or barrel?
I can lift 15kg easily but 23kg is a struggle.

Forget about the weight, it is all about making the muscles work to failure and pass that pain barrier and keep pushing to the absolute limit.
