And fell on my head. I have a huge headache. Mostly in the back of my head. The ambulance came and checked me out. They just checked my pulse or whatever. But I barely remember it. I'm a little light headed to. I feel like I'm going to throw up.
Do you think I have internal bleeding? Should I see a doctor?

I used to be an EMT. memory issues, bad headache and throwing up are bad signs it could just be a concussion but you should get checked out by a doctor because the alternative is very serious.

My hurts a tiny bit, but I'm good

Not an internal bleeding, but probably you have a whiplash or even a slight brain concussion. So yes see a doctor.
