I do. But I don't binge. I view cheat days as a day where you're allowed one thing that's not necessarily healthy, but in a moderate quantity. For me, it's pop. So I had like 8-16oz of Pepsi and that's it. Other than that, my diet didn't change today.

Yesterday I ate a large pizza from dominos. But it's only like 2600 calories, which is 300 over what I need to eat to lose weight, so it's not much of a cheat lol.

Nahh I don't. I just don't say "no" on special occasions. I work a lot of weddings- so I'll always have a piece of cake if I'm offered :). Whenever I ever do splurge though, it will always be something sweet.
