Do these girls look under 9 stone?

They just joined the riding school I work at and they put on there forms there under 9 stone! I don't want to be rude by asking them but its important for pony welfare an stuff. What would you say they were?

For anyone wondering, a stone is 14 pound.
Which means that 14 stones=126 pounds

Thy could be 126 pounds if they were way under 5 foot.
I'm 5'2 and 7.5 stones (105 pounds) and even when I was at my heaviest weight (8.5 stones or 120 pounds) when I was a few inches shorter than I am right now, my body looked way thinner than theirs do.
I can't place an exact amount on how much they way, but they certainly are way more than 9 stones, unless they're very tiny.
Just tell them to give you their actual weights, and tell them what could happen if they get whatever it is that's too small.
You're just doing your job.

I suppose it depends how tall they are.

They're swimmers so it's muscle that you're probably looking at. And muscle is dense. The one on the right could pass for that, assuming the height and measurements are plausible. The one on the left may be rounding down.

They look more like the 130-140 lb range, to be honest.

9 stone = 126 lbs

Well I'm 10 stone but that is to do with my water weight, height etc. Body mass is not always to do with fat but judging from this picture these girls certainly aren't under 9 stone

Well they seem like they do have majority muscle as well as some body fat. Usually muscle is heavier so I would think they would weigh more than 126lbs.
