-Breakfast: fruit or a 100 calorie granola bar
-Lunch: salad
-Dinner: anything my family makes (pasta, steak, pizza, etc.) but a reasonably-sized portion
I also figure skate five hours a week and do about 20 minutes of strength exercises a day (push-ups, pistol squats, pilates, etc.). I was thinking I would just try this "diet" for a month, and then continue it but in a "less strict" manner. In a month, do you think I would see changes?
