How do I stop being jealous of blond, blue eyed girls?

I have really boring dark hair and eyes. It seems like most men on the planet go crazy for these girls (or red hair, green eyes, or whatever). Hell, the girl could be completely average looking and still have tons of guys after her. Meanwhile, a girl with my features has to look like a 9/10 model (or just really above average/pretty compared to the girls around her) to even remotely stand out.

Every movie I watch or book I read has the protagonist with blond hair blue eyes. And the opposite isn't even that true- girls seem to PREFER dark hair and eyes on men, and most male protagonists have those features. I just am not sure how to stop being so jealous of them...

Not every guy prefers them. Hell, as a naturally blond, blue-eyed girl, I can't tell you the number of times guys have told me I'm a slut due to my colouring alone.

I'm not sure what movies you've been watching but most feature lead female characters with any combo BUT blonde hair+blue eyes. Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Emma Watson, Julianne Moore, Mila Kunis, Jessica Chastain, Viola Davis, Zoe Saldana...
All women who are often cast in leading rules. None of whom have blonde hair and blue eyes.

Look at every question on here. Blue eyed women are constantly chosen to be the favorite. Or just anywhere online where men obsess over blond/redheads like crazy, while brunettes and darker skinned women are largely ignored.
I do agree that it doesn't help to blame society all the time, but in this case you can't really say that you aren't privileged as a blond blue eyed woman or that you aren't the most desired. Simply put, if i looked the same but had blond and blue eyes, I would probably get MUCH more attention from men

Stop bitching about women who look different than you and saying that them simply having different eye/hair colours is the root of your problems in an effort to shift all the blame from yourself.

I'm not saying that I'm not putting in any effort to attract men. You're simply ignoring the fact that there is a HUGE discrepancy between you and me simply because of what you were born with. You have a HUGE pool of men to choose from compared to me. And sorry, but there is a preference for white women, especially blond white women, among majority of the men. If you do not recognize that, then I suspect you live under a rock.

I don't have a preference on hair or eye color. Women don't seem to like me at all and some even commented that they wish my eyes were more blue than they are like Frank Sinatra's.

If you are that tripping over it, go to a salon and get your hair done blonde and go to an optometrist and get blue contacts. Just be aware that you might find that the grass is not really greener on that side.
