Comment below what your body fat % is... doesn't need to be super accurate, you can just say by looking at your body in the mirror. Specify if you are a girl or a guy, your age & for how much time have you been working out (or if you ever did workout)
P. S: Mine is around 15-20 % body fat & I have been working out, on and off over a couple of years! And I'm just 16... Just wanted to do something like a survey, for fun!😁💪
About 14% I would guess? Been working out properly for 5 years, I'm 6'1" 180lbs up from something like 135lbs when I first touched a weight.
Would like to get down to 10% but (a) I find more than a few minutes cardio really tedious and (b) I don't want to lose any of the mass I've worked hard to gain.
I'm very short (5'1) and I probably weight 150-160 pounds ( which I'm very insecure about). I'd say if the girl at 40% was 5'1 her body would be more like mine
I appreciate all those bodies because everybody has their body shape you can work it and make it perfect and I don't like the way that everyone is focusing so much in someone's appearance and not in their personality
