There is strange, white bump on my finger. It's very tiny but itchy and irritating. Wouldn't pop. Any idea what is it?

I am so shocked some people feel so entitled to tell me how my hand should look just because I am a woman. Moreover , you don't even know me or my background. It's more than 40 degrees celcius in my country. And it falls in the humid zone. So you're always sweating and because of that if you're scratching yourself even a little bit , you're under nails tend to get dirty. Also this picture has been taken in such close proximity even little bit of dirt is looking too much.

It's Dyshidrotic eczema, a type of vesicle. You can get them for many different reasons, but stress is the main cause of them. The doctor usually prescribes Lotrisone for it. But if you just have a couple or less and leave it alone it should go away on its own.

I get them often, don't stress yourself over them. They're common and just a way your body is reacting to stress. I have a very stressful job and my life is a little hectic right now so they are popping up more frequently. I have started some yoga and meditation recently and it's actually helped. I take ten minutes a day to myself. I go somewhere quiet where I won't be disturb, sit in a comfy position and listen to nothing for ten minutes and just breathe. It is my moment of peace and quiet and I recommend for you to try it. It gives you, you time, and time to recharge.
