Found a small skin color bump on wrist, is that anything to worry about?

Found a small skin color bump on wrist, is that anything to worry about?
There's was a dry spot on the bump that I scratched off and the bump didn't bleed.
No oozing or crusting, or rolled edges.
It's small maybe around a 1 mm
It hurts like pimple when pressing on it
It might have been there for a couple years I think.
It moves with the skin.

What is this bump on my wrist?

Small skin colored to pinkish color, slightly raised bump on the wrist that's stayed the same basic shape and size and color for 10 years.
Looks like a wart.
No oozing or crusting, rolled edges, veins in the bump or translucency.
It's small maybe around a 1 mm
It moves with the skin.
It's blanchable.
Scratched off the top layer of the bump without it bleeding
Was also able to shave the hair in the area without bleeding.
Hurts like a pimple when pressing on it with

a finger nail which is new over the last few days, because I've been picking and scratching it.
Doesn't feel like a cyst or like anything is in it.
Doesn't feel like it's deep either.
Seems like it's soft but it's hard to tell because it's so small.
texture feels like a raised mole.
With a bit of dryed skin around the edges.
A couple days after picking at it, it seems to have return what's normal for the bump.
