Depends on a lot of things. How tall is he, is the weight muscle, etc. 220lbs could be the right weight for him if he's tall and/or really buff. If he's my height (5'4") yeah he's probably on the big side

It all depends on his build and height, etc. There are lots of athletes who are 220+ who are the opposite of fat.

Lol. I've got plenty of muscle and abs, without steroids (which I'm not going to use) I'll probably never gain more than 20 pounds over my current weight and I'm perfectly fine with that. You say this guy is only 6 ft tall, he must either be obese or look like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He eats a lot but burns it off quickly. He also works out but hardly one who rarely sits down to rest. It's probably a combination of his medium built and work out that makes him look 'thick'
