You're fucked man. Genetics can be a bitch. Focus on your lateral muscles like your lats and shoulders. Supposedly vacuums help for thickness. Getting leaner always helps.

Step 2: Build your upper body more to give the illusion that your waist & hips are smaller
Uhm sorry to let you know but all the man have hip dips... Either more either less but most of them if not all of them they do have hip dips.

I don't think you have wide hips, just a skinny waist and not much muscle on your lower back/core. I'd suggest more deadlifts.
I don't think you have wide hips per se. Just some extra fat around the area. Regulate between cardio and weight training for both fat burn and muscle toning
Um you just need to lose a few more lbs you are still carrying some flab which muffin tops and is causing the effect you don't like
