I have play wrestled many men and women over the years. From my experience the average man would destroy the average woman if they both were all out wrestling. The girl could win if she got hold of the guy’s testicles or clawed his face. But women also have plenty of weak spots such as: clitoris, boobs, face, spine, and throat.

Overall I would say don’t fight dirty. Just have fun and match your opponent’s strength level.

If he's a couch potato and she's a judo black belt, she will. And vice versa. You could make a reasonable guess at the outcome based on height, weight, reach, skill, balance, flexibility, speed, reflexes and fighting spirit.
Why must they be nude?

If grab balls are allowed a lot of girls will win and a lot of crying man will lose. If the woman If the woman manages to catch the man in the balls even with him being over her and gripping her to the mattress he will still lose for sure. Also releasing the grip from there is very difficult. Sure will be interesting.😂😂😂.

It depends on the hight wiegt and reach of each person, if all that is the same and have the same time training the man will typically win due to bodystructure
