If you ever heard of Anthony Robbins he in one of his books (can't remember which one) introduced a method for overcoming addiction. It is to connect a bad emotion to the act of for example eating kinder buenos. I think it is very effective if you introduce more pain to the activity of eating sweets.
When eating kinder buenos imagine something disgusting you have eaten before and try to imagine it intensely. Brain remembers well situations where uou have been very happy or very afraid.
Or more painful one is to eat so much of them that your stomach will hurt. That in itself will make you think twice before trying eating kinder. It may not work first time but after couple of times you are going to give it up because if it is more painful than pleasurable, you will ignore it.

Oh yo that's my shit!! Well the milk ones. I do the same shit, everytime i go down to Chinatown or smthn i buy a box n just keep it in my freezer. Don't fight it lol. Just let it happen.
Limit it. Instead of buying twelve, next time buy less. I think that's the only way that helped me lessen my sugar addiction.

I have the same problem. No joke. I had a baby Feb 23rd. I weighed 170 and looked the best I ever had.. till I started eating Buenos. I've gained 15 pounds in 2 months. I don't eat real food anymore. I'm literally living off these things and I can't stop. I'd be surprised if I haven't given myself diabetes or had a heart attack.
