I usually sleep with my back facing up and pillow over my head or you can say in a free faller position but pillow over my head. I don't wear undies and bra while sleeping.

I usually fall asleep on my right side, spooning and I prefer to be holding my boyfriends hand. Usually I fall asleep super quickly like that. If I'm napping, I prefer to sleep on my front. However, I don't tend to stay like that, I always move around a lot in my sleep. I don't wear a bra but I usually do wear either just underwear or underwear and a baggy shirt.

I sleep most all the time on my side it is to me the best way to fall asleep, and I do wear my underwear always when I go to bed as I need them, but it is not the typical underwear that most wear.. but to each his or her own we are all different in that respect

Its okay not wear undies and bra while sleeping, but it is not advisable to sleep with your back facing up. It will cause loads of spine related issues you can search it up or consult any orthopedic.
