Should I buy new jeans from Banana Republic or American Eagle?

(This question is mostly for the girls, sorry.)

I love Banana Republic clothes, but they're a little out of my price range. However, if they sell quality denim, I'm willing to save.

American Eagle is a little cheaper, though, and I could buy some American Eagle jeans right now.

Would it be better to save for the Banana Republic jeans or buy the American Eagle jeans now? Which pair will last longer?

AE was having a buy one get one half off on jeans, so I purchased them there.

Do you need the jeans desperately or any time soon? If you need them now I say go to AE. But you are right when you say Banana Republic is better quality and will last long. With that said, AE jeans can last long too as long as you take care of them and they don't scrape the floor, etc. The good thing about Banana Republic jeans is that there is a pretty good chance that they will be classic so if in fact they do last a long period of time, they won't go out of style anytime soon. Keep in mind they are going to have a different look. I'd recommend going to both stores and just trying on a few pairs to see your overall look in them and then base it off of that.

PS I'm not sure about the jeans, but I know the khakis at Hollister are great if you are looking to make your butt look good! HAH! They don't fit all body types perfectly, but it's a thought. They usually have khakis, brown, and navy blue colors and they do the butt wonders!

Def AE. I feel like the BR fit is all crazy, like only a 6ft tall 100 lb woman looks good in it, but AE seems to fit all types...

I only have 2 pictures that show my backside. One I took to show my friend my new dress. The other my friend took when I wasn't looking. Both are about 6 months old, though, and I've gained weight since then. So my butt is slightly bigger now, but not by much.
