What is the perfect weight for a girl 5'8"?

Girls around here have an unwritten rule: her height (in metres) decimals - 10 = ideal weight (in kilograms).

So 5'8" = 1.73m.

73-10=63kg

and 63kg=139 pounds.

But I think you look great just the way you do.

PS: (not "I love you", lol!) I had a girlfriend that was 5'9" and had 190 pounds.

But she had looong hair (😍) and big tits. I always told her she looks great and I wasn't lying. She used to play handball in highschool and aside a little beer belly, she was drop dead gorgeous.

I bet she had 10 pounds of hair and 20 pounds of tits. 😋

So weight is like age: it's just an (irrelevant) number. 👍

I'd it's more about a healthy body fat level that you feel good with. I've been training in the gym fir about a year and half now and body fat level is in a healthy region. I'd like to lower it further but I'm happy with how far I've come. The best peice of advice I could give is aim for achievable goals opposed to unrealistic goals.

Anything you feel good and look good in, too many variables affect weight so it's impossible to say what would universally work with a certain height. Plus your water weight cycles with your period cycle.

There isint a specifique number, on some girls 5 pounds looks like 10, but id say around 135-150 is good, if your more inshape and a little bit athletic
