GYM is the way.. one of my classmates also had this shape, and when he started to train a lot, i saw a big improvement over his body, his legs got more fit, and his shoulders and back became wider.. swimming also helps back to be more wide... Of course, you can't obtain a body, that can obtain someone who is genetically constructed this way, but you can definitely obtain a sexy body with sport

You're talking about bone structure.. not muscle definition, right?
In that case - you're born with what you have... no way of changing that...
If you're just talking about the muscle definition in the crotch area - working out should take care of it.
Grow your lats and shoulders! Do chin ups, wide grip pull downs, bent over rows. And a well rounded shoulder routine like presses and dumbell flyes/raises will expand your upper V, so the hips look smaller.
Train those lats, don't train obliques. Lean down as much as possible to keep your hips as tight as possible. Wide delts also help.

You can gain or lose some muscle but your bone structure can't be changed so love what you are
Check out fitness peeps on YouTube or join a gym for a small period an use the training methods the personal trainer gives you
You probably can't and it's best not to try and change your body to make it a V shape you'll just end up hurting yourself for a shape
