Mental health. I'd rather have a brain and be unhealthy than healthy with no brain. I suppose if we look at this as real. I'd rather invest more time in education than in exercise. However, you can think yourself or exercise yourself to death. So, final thought... Everything needs balance the ying and the yang. Mental and Physical health need each other. Neither will function correctly or at least at their fullest potential without the other.

Of course mental health. There is close relation between mental health and physical health. Mental health plays an important role in maintain good physical health. If your mental health is not good, it will more difficult to get physically active. Also mental health illnesses as stress, depression and anxiety affect your physical health resulting physical health problems as chronic diseases.
Mental health but both are important. When your mental health starts to deteriorate it can affect you physically. Also, it impairs your rationality leading you to make impulsive decisions that may harm you. Although, when I was a kid I always thought that physical health was more important because I couldn't grasp the concept of mental health nor the fact that it can be a danger to your health.
Mental. Phsyical strength can't do anything when someone is mentally ill. Being mentally healthy creates physical health

Hello, I believe that mental and physical health are equally important. For example, I had a period in my life when I simply stopped doing sports, dieting and stopped leading an active lifestyle, I gained weight very quickly (I suffered from excess weight when I was a child) I began to suffer mentally, my self-esteem decreased a lot. It even reached depression. Of course, the fact that I started exercising and went on a diet helped to overcome the excess weight, but the health problems remained and I go to I got checked, found out the cause of my illnesses and was successfully treated, and all my psychological problems were also resolved.
Mental, if someone's mental health isn't in check, it can affect their physical health. Anxiety and depression both can cause physical problems such as stomach pain, rashes, headaches, and so forth.
Physical because I have been lazy for too long, and it's time to get the blood pumping again, plus I smoke, and drink regularly. And I'm only crazy when I choose to be. So I'm completely sane, by most people's standards.
My mental health. It's been "sick" most of my life.
i can maintain my physical health , my mental health is what is important that i wish stays stable for another 50 yr
I think mental health. If you are mentally strong and fine, you will be more physically active. Around 30 to 50 per cent of all people with a long-term physical health condition also have a mental health problem, most commonly depression/anxiety
I don't consider mental and physical health to be different things.
