Spinning is the best! I forgot about running all together because spinning covers the cardio. I love the feeling of my legs and ass getting toned up after the feelong of burning. I do this once a week at least.
Areobics and tone. I started to learn more about my body and become flexible at doing activities. Twice a week
Zumba. I love areobic and music, so this goes hand in hand. Just it can be too strenuous on the ankles unlike spinning. Once a week.
Weight training. I feel my muscles getting stronger after each session. Amazing feeling and great toning exercise.

Finally someone who likes core circuits yes! Those are my favorites, i like swimming to and do a little bit of weightlifting.
I've recently discovered am actually kind of flexible so am discovering the pleasure of yoga😁

Honestly I dont work out but I work on my feet for at least 8 hours a day so I'm tired. If I did I think my favorites would be cardio workouts. Probably zumba or aerobics.
Rowing. I competed in high school, college, and at the elite level for six years after college. I still get on the water five days a week.
Running will always be my favorite form of exercise. Don't get me wrong, I also like lifting weights, swimming, biking, and all the other exercises out there but I enjoy running more because that's the exercise where I can push myself 100%

Yoga. Yes, a straight guy can manage to focus on things other than working his way through the whole class and the instructor. “Don’t shit where you eat.”
I don't do anything as organized as what you do. I like going to the park and jogging on the trail. And then when I come back home and I'm all warmed up and sweaty I lift some weights.
Sometimes i just go to my school's running track and run a few kilometres, or do cardio by conducting 100m sprints with breaks in between. Other times i play Ultimate Frisbee.
I also like to exercise my jaws too!
Currently, core strengthening exercises for my herniated disk haha

Strength training, gets my heart up and I build muscle.
weights and bodypump. Bodypump is really what built and harden up my legs and butt

Weight lifting by far. I hate cardio cause im bad at it!
Heavy weight training and hiking. The health benefits are undeniable and have a sexy, muscular body because of it.
Personally I get a lot more value from exercising through sports. I am. more driven to keep working and not getting bored
Except cycling a session with the g/f now that is a good work out...

My favourite exercise is pull-ups, I like weightlifting overall

I do a lot of salsa. It's fun and there's plenty of ladies 😉
All-stars cheerleading - stunts, flips, pyramids and throwing people in the air and catching them.
