I used to train myself at the gym, primarily by lifting weights and doing much cardio, but I recently hired a personal trainer. It’s expensive, but he’s been worth the money, as there are few things better than paying someone else to make decisions for you and push you at the end of the day, when you’re already mentally fatigued from
work. I enjoy lifting weights with him, I like the stretching, and dislike the Olympic-style lifts we perform.
1) sex (it’s been a while since I don’t have sex outside of marriage and I divorced a while ago……but still, sex is the BEST exercise. Not trying to be crude).
2) body-weight exercises
3) exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
4) punching bag
5) I used to live ultimate frisbee but I have some injuries so I don’t do that anymore.
That’s what comes to mind.

sports... soccer, to be more specific
and swimming would be great for exercise, but I don't get to do it that much...
and some kickboxing, that's a very good workout sometimes, releases some stress as well

I like to do low weight / high rep weightlifting and having a good strecth after
I do an HIIT session. I use either a bike, elliptical or stairclimber. I do it for 50 minutes and usually leave a little puddle of sweat.
Fun activities that don't feel like exercise. A bike ride, riding horses, playing frisbee on the beach, tennis, swimming, roller skating/blading, etc.
I like walking for 1 hour each day. But I somehow developed a bad left hip that needs replacement, so now I need to lose some weight to get surgery. But HOW! Do you exercise with a bad hip?
I like to do weight lifting 🏋️♀️, yoga is boring for me, I don’t like to run, no sports.
Running. I can go on for miles as long as it’s outdoors and not a treadmill

These days its mostly walking or biking. I do some light weight s from time to time.
Deadlift, squats, jump ropes. Hate sled pushes, pull-ups, running.
I like anything that’s not at home but sadly I can’t afford the gym at the moment
breakdancing and training my lower body with heavy weights
My favorite activities are: martial arts, nature walks, basketball, ping pong, gym.
