I have always liked nerds. When I was 8, I had a huge crush on Squints from the Sandlot. To this day, I still have a thing for guys with big glasses who are brainiacs. Does anyone else have a thing for nerds?

Absolutely. My first true love was Leonard Nimoy as Mr. Spock. Give me a skinny bookworm who can debate Snyder v. Phelps, enjoy mathematical proofs, and compare Nietzsche to Sartre over a muscle-bound football buff any day.

One modification to the above statement: I prefer the debate-club nerds. For someone to be attractive to me, he has to be able to express himself well. Guys who spend their lives fondling computers rather than taking an interest in the world are intensely boring to me.

Definitely. I mean, I myself am a nerd at heart, even if I don't necessarily like stereotypical nerd things... I have the obsessiveness, social awkwardness, intelligence (or at least I like to think so, ha ha ha), so an equally nerdy guy would be cool.

And sh*t, I really do love nerds. They're the coolest. And they look good in glasses. :D
