Is it hard geting ripped for skinny fat guys?

Go on a cut loose all that fat then go on a lean bulk. It’s gonna take a long time but it’s worth it. It’s going to take a long time because there is a LOT to know about loosing weight, and gaining muscles. It takes a while. For a guy who knows what he’s doing... It won’t take very long at all. I’ve seen some guys on YouTube do a experiment and go from skinny fat to swole in under a year just as a example.

For starters stop eating carbs. You can and probably are addicted to them. It’s a trap you can get stuck in and seem almost impossible to get out. Like any addiction you gotta break the cycle. Once you do it becomes easier and easier and eventually the things that used to seem like giant mountains will only seem like tiny ant hills and can easily be done and avoided.

Just keep learning and retaining as much information you can and put it into play.

You can get ripped if you work at it. If you're skinny-fat first you need to focus on gaining size for a year or two. Abs on a skinny guy are like big tits on a fat girl - they don't count. Once you have muscle mass, then you diet down and burn away the fat. It takes a long time and it won't happen overnight so you need to stay disciplined, but yeah it can be done. All of those guys would have been skinny or fat before they started, they weren't born that way.
