Do you like to shower at the gym?

I've been going to the gym lately and the gym i'm at has individual shower + toilet rooms and they are pretty good. but I live like 2mins from the gym so I could easily just go home and shower.
Which go me thinking. Do you like to shower at the gym? and what are the benefits you find showering there instead of at home or visa versa.

I usually shower at the gym because I don't want to get into the car sweaty after working out. I'd rather be clean and change our of my workout clothes before driving back home.
