How long does it take sperm to reproduce in the balls once it's empty, do you feel it? Does it tingle or hurt? Does it get bigger or stay the same? Can you feel your balls feeling empty or full? Is balls more sensitive during this time?

I feel when its "full" is when im horny and want to empty it. I dont feel anything with it, except the urge to or not to cum. No tingle or pain, not aware of any size change for me.
