I've heard a lot about how sometimes fit people are shamed for... well being fit. I noticed it with myself when I got into a diet routine and workout regime that some of my friends began to change. A few of them tried to get me to cheat my diet. Others would keep saying they can't see any changes in me and would tell me to give up cause it's not working. Do you think fit shaming happens? Have you ever experienced something like this?

  Fit shaming is when people are insulted and humiliated for following healthy diets or working out and stuff.
  Men who work out are generally shamed as shallow and steroid junkies. Women are shamed as masculine and again, steroid junkies.
