Do people realize how fake some of these instagram fitness ‘models’ are?

Judging by the reactions most don’t seem to realize a lot of them had gotten implants, fillers etc or they do and like plastic alterations? Not sure which one it is.
Pretty much any woman that goes to such low % of body fat won’t have massive boobs, because boobs are mostly fat. Not to mention those that have big butts but their quads don’t match at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Normally a woman won't even have her period on such a low body fat percentage. Low body fat percentage is not sustainable for a long time for either men or women. The energy will be sapped and the immune system will get weakened. Unless you use various substances of course. There may of course also be implants. The thing with implants, and fillers is that its very prevalent on entire Instagram, not only in fitness models.

Yes and majority of them are physically extremely imbalanced. So much that you can spot how robotic and fake they are pretty easily. The definition of [Proportion] is entirely meaningless in the world of these models.

Most people know that instagram 'fitness models' are fake. They are just legitimised prostitutes. A lot of them have been exposed accepting payment to be pissed on by fat rich Arab men and flown out to Dubai for that purpose.

I had one that used to come into my work all the time. Didn't know who she was until later but nothing was airbrushed on her pictures. Her body was realistically shaped and just the result of her commitment to fitness.

The first one has a fake butt, possibly breast implants and her nose done. The second one has boob implants. The third one has fake boobs, her butt is likely real but enlarged because of her posing, she has lip fillers and her nose done.
