Not really. A lot of IG models are running a business - they're models but also 'content creators', and unlike other content creators they can't get their money by running ads. The way you make money on IG *is* sponsorships. That's why you see 1/2 of them wearing 'o-mighty' brand stuff etc. Health & fitness ads are, admittedly, the most predatory kind of advertiser, but its 'just business'. I don't 'like' it in the sense that I think advertising sucks and I think the 'everything is free but you have no dignity' world we're moving into is unbearably miserable, but that's capital. Gotta get tht $$$ somewhere...
