I see workout videos on instagram where girls like the ones in the pictures do exercises for the ass but I feel like they actually got those results from shots, like Kim K etc.
is this ACTUALLY POSSIBLE?

The photos may be real, but a lot of Instagram models do photoshop their images or even use professional photographers. Those first pictures do look like professional photos.

It's not only about exercise, it has more to do with genes, but with the right exercises you can make a good transformation.

To get a big ass, you need to workout a lot with heavy deadlifts and other glute exercises. It takes time and a lot of gym hours. Toknow if they come from a shot, you have to feel :-)
