Most of the time, vaginal discharge is perfectly normal. The amount can vary, as can odor and color (which can range from clear to a milky white-ish), depending on the time in your menstrual cycle. For example, there will be more discharge when you're ovulating, breastfeeding, or sexually aroused. It may smell different when you're pregnant or you've been letting your personal hygiene slide.
None of those changes is cause for alarm. However, if the color, smell, or consistency seems quite different than usual, especially if you also have vaginal itching or burning, you could be dealing with an infection or other condition.

It is normal to get discharges as your vagina is self cleaning and it is part of it's cleaning process. I get them too and I'm sure so do other girls.
There is ALWAYS some kind of vaginal discharge. That is normal and it's just your body cleansing itself. It also shows your fertility status during the cycle:

This is completely normal. Nearly every girl gets this. Sometimes it changes throughout your cycle too. No reason to worry and no reason to see a gyno unless its incredibly excessive. Shouldn't have anything to do with PCOS, just normal discharge is what it sounds like to me :)
Sound pretty normal to me. I know it is scary. I went though something similar when I started getting so damned wet all the time. Turns out it is just the way I am. Not very nice. Still, my boyfriend thinks it is good. He can have it! Give me a break!

White discharge is normal for all of us girls to have. It is most likely related to the PCOS (hormones). There is nothing to be afraid of, they are there to help you with things like this.
It's either your vagina clearing it's self of irritants or it white blood cells that come before and after a period.
It’s normal if there’s no smell I wouldn’t worry
