I have always had that V line (Adonis Belt) but it wasn't very visible. I started working out to make it more detailed and I still have to do a bit more.

A bit of genetics and a bit of body shape.
I have a very slight one and despite my girlfriend being a generous body type, she has a very marked one, alongside a good hourglass figure.It can simply be genetic that you just have it pop out more than others.
Or you can be lean/workout/develop that muscle which create the V shape.Getting the V Line itself isn't to hard but actually defining and making it clearly visible (pop) and also getting the golden ratio body is a whole different beast.
You get it from low body fat.
It is nothing special.Genetics isn't important..
It's the correct Diet..
Correct amount of exercise
And correct type of exerciseAppropriate ab exercises (like lots of hanging leg raises for example) and proper nutrition. That's pretty much it.
Getting a V line is easy. It's more about getting the golden ratio of a perfect body thats a little more difficult. I'm almost there.
I think it's just because we're built that way. I don't try either.
