Twice a day I have not been to the dentist since 2015 because my Jew dentist tried to screw me money wise so I make sure to do that every day plus floss good I have to make a new dentist appointment pretty soon though with a new dentist hopefully not a cheap jew

I brush 2 times a day and also use mouth wash in the morning for more freshness. After eating immediately I do not brush, as the eaten food softens enamel and it takes approximately one to two hour to neutralize the acid and that can cause many problems.

I doubt that. I personally know a guy who showers 3 timer a day. Someone who brushes their teeth 3 times a day is hardly "out there" by comparison.

Meh I guess it's just because I don't see the point in doing so. And anyways brushing your teeth too often can wear away an unnecessary amount of enamel. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I dont really.. i think it was months ago when i last brush my teeth and my teeth are still white and it doesn't really smell. You know if i won't tell anyone no one would know but that's just what my natural teeth is. You may say this gross now because i told you but what if i never told you?
