1 is better than none but 2 is better than 1. 3 is overkill in my opinion. For the teeth at least. Cleaning the tongue is different.

Twice is perfect, one after waking up and the other after dinner / last meal of the day.

2 - 3 times if you're doing it once then try to build up to 2 lol
