I usually brush my teeth 2 times a day, After breakfast and After dinner, but i Heard that some people brush their teeth After EVERY single meal, sometimes arriving at 7 times in a day. What Is the normality?

I brush mine 2 or 3 times a day, but usually 3. I have crooked teeth, so I need to make sure I do a good job at keeping them clean. But even if I were to get braces & have straight teeth, I'd still brush them 3 times a day because it just feels good having a clean mouth. 🦷
