How often do you brush your teeth?

I was always kind of obsessed with them tbh. Since when my dad taught me how to do it when I was little, I am always brushing my teeth, at least 6 times a day. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, brush my teeth and then go back to sleep.

Very good honey! Gargle too with something like Listerine. Brush your tongue. Sometimes use a small amount of hydrogen peroxide letting it swish around your gums. It will bubble. Do this with dad the first time.
Don't eat sweets or drink sweet things...

Usually twice a day for four minutes at a time. How many minutes do you usually brush for at a time? Brushing them six times today is a little much in my opinion my dad told me that he once had to have gum surgery because he brush his teeth so much so maybe try to reduce the amount a little bit.

I personally brush twice a day for 3 minutes each time , 6 times in a day is unhealthy tho , mostly because the enamel can be scraped of by the tooth brush leading to tooth sensitivity and other complications
